Today I want to show you the base color that I used for my Sunday Stamping.
essence Miss Universe has a black jelly base filled with blue and green glass flecks. The formula is nice. Pigmentation is ok, the jelly base is thin enough to let the glass flecks sparkle. 2 coats.
Miss Universe is new to the permanent range. I like the great flat paddle brush. Only a few spots needed clean-up (mostly due to the odd shapes of my nails atm).
