Color Club Revvvolution and 17 Silver

Hey lovelies!

I wish you a Happy New Year!
I hope you had a great party and the hangover is not too bad.

Today I want to talk about the base colors that I used for yesterday's New Year's mani.

First up is Color Club Revvvolution. It's a charcoal linear holo polish. The holo effect is good, it's not the strongest but it's neither weak nor scattered. The formula is nice, it's easy to control and spreads evenly. Revvvolution requires no special base coat. 2 coats.

And then we have another version of a silver holo. 17 Silver is from the holo line (there is another polish called "Silver" in the color changing line so be careful in store!). The holo effect is ok yet weaker than Color Club Worth the Risque and Color Club Revvvolution (different color, I know) but still not scattered. The formula is good though, there was no dragging and no bald spots. 17 Silver requires no special base coat (yeah!). Fyi, I got my bottle in a Boots store in England. 2 coats.

  1. the 17 polish looks great on you, I don't actually have this one as I'm not a fan of silvery colours on myself but it looks good on you :) x
